ABOUT PRICES: All prices are per person and include 3 % special use fee, lunch on day trips and shuttle. Multi-day trips include federal fee,  meals, tent, sleeping bag and pad, utensils, and shuttle. Fishing and hunting trips include federal fee and all gear, except for fly fishing equipment, shotgun, shells, tag, and license.

For fishing and hunting trips: heaters and umbrellas for inclement weather and padded seats with backrests are also provided.

RESERVATION: A per person deposit of 25% for any Idaho trip and $99 for any Oregon trip is required to confirm your reservation. Trip itineraries, recommended reading sources, and a preparation / equipment list will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit. 

BALANCE DUE: 30 days before launch date. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel and make your space available to someone else.

CANCELLATIONS: Deposits & Final Payments are not refundable after 30 days prior to trip departure date unless you (or we) can fill your vacancy space.  However, these payments are also transferable for other time frames and/or river trips, if so desired.

Wapiti River Guides is an equal opportunity recreaton service provider, that operates under a special-use permit granted by the USFS, Umatilla National Forest, and BLM of Vale, OR and Cottonwood, ID.

Oregon License:  Oregon Marine Board.  Permits: USFS (Umatilla /Wallowa Whitman), BLM (Vale).
             
Idaho License: IOGLB (Idaho Outfitters & Guides Licensing Board) Permits: BLM (Cottonwood).
